I spotted a parking space in front of me to my left. I then looked behind me and saw the car behind me was at a right distance. I then indicated to my left whilst slowing down to get to the distance of a car in front of the parking space so I can reverse to the parking space. At this time I still saw the car behind me was at a distance. When I started reversing, turning to my left I crashed the car that was behind me in a central line. This was when I slightly entered the parking space. My rare drivers bumper collided with his front passengers bumper. He claims I didnt indicate to show that I was reversing, (even thought my reverse lights were perfectly fine and were on whilst I was reversing). He also added that he was still at the collusion. I believe he came too close not giving me any much room to park on my left hand side. Who is at fault?
