I'm looking at getting my first car insurance, and when I put my dad on it decreases my premium by £500. He would never drive the car. In 2013 he had a claim that was his fault however no one was in the vehicle, the handbrake wasn't left on and the car reversed into my neighbours. It was settled, however when I put this claim on my insurance my premium increases by £200. If I ever made a claim could my insurance provider void my insurance if I don't declare this claim, bear in mind the second driver will never be in my car.
