Grit Wagon Drivers must be totally THICK!
So winter is here again yet in the Midlands we have had NO snow, NO frost and certainly NO ice on the road …
…so why have the Grit Wagons been out every early morning?
Do the drivers of said vehicle not understand what frost is?
Do the drivers have trouble in grasping what is cold weather and what is not?
Or
Are the drivers on an ‘overtime scam’ to get more ‘beer money’ for Christmas? :rolleyes:
Come January and February when we may have a bit of snow and ice the authorities won’t be able to deal with it because of wasting it all now.:confused:
Also do said drivers/company realise the mess and corrosion salt/grit causes to peoples pride and joys! … It ROTS metal!!! :mad:
Perhaps these so-called ‘professional’ drivers should try and understand what is winter and what is not …if they have the brains! ;)
