I was reversing to let a car pass very close to a T junction, and collided. I had assumed it was my fault at first as I effectively reversed into the car but I am not sure if the other car was stationary or turning into the road and hadn't spotted I was reversing. It was the first crash I've had so didn't take photos unfortunately. The placement of the car suggested the other driver had cut the corner. I may be able to locate witnesses but any ideas in the first instance? I'd be grateful of any help.
