Is this emissions test real?

My Fiesta 1.6 Titanium petrol (3 years old) had MOT pass with 0.000% CO emissions on both Fast Idle and Natural Idle test. (1 ppm on HC test). Is it possible that CO emissions can be so low? I am suspicious because service done before test turned out to be possibly dodgy. 3 months just passed so too late to have test checked?
