Wrong turn at the junction with box in the middle.

Hi guys,

I was yesterday in central London, going from Edith Grove in to Kings Road near fulham, I was on the right turn line, when green light appears to me I slowly start driving but I didn't go in to the middle of the junction I start turning right immediately as I was so confused of how to turn in this junction, after I turn right I realized that I went in to oncoming vehicle lines, there was no cars on the lines and when I realized that I went wrong way I quickly get back to my line. I'm just worried that I get penalty now and point's, I was so confused of what's in on this junction
I haven't seen that there was lamp post separating oncoming line from my lines that I should go over,

will I get penalty and point's now ?
