Long story short, our car broke down in S of France on 29/8/15, on our return journey. We chose to return by train with our 3 young children (1 autistic) and a limited amount of luggage and await repatriation of the car (complete with roof box and boot full of luggage).
It took 1 week for repatriation to be approved (bank holidays etc.)
1 month later we are still without car, we have no idea where it is, no hire car to use here, no idea of when the car will be repatriated. No contact since they agreed to repatriate, and finding it impossible to contact anybody.
My husband is about to contact the CEO but wondering if there is any other way of raising a complaint, or indeed finding out where our car is and when it will be returned.
Really appalled at the service we have received (and I didn't tell the whole story of the day we broke down and the ridiculous options we were offered).
