I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I have always been a courteous and law abiding driver but I seem to have run of luck these days. Today, as I was approacing a set of traffic lights it was green so I decided to cross it. But as soon as I started to cross it turned to amber when I was half way through. It turned red, but I am not sure whethere I had completely crossed the white lines and the rear of my car might still be on the white lines. I was under 30 mph I am sure.
Now I am getting paranoid thinking that I might get a NIP. I did not see any flash, but as it was 1:00 pm in the afteroon and very sunny, one could easily miss the flash I suppose.
Do traffic light cameras always have to flash? Do people here think I might get a NIP and 3 points on my license?
I am really worried as last week only I got 3 points for speeding on a Motorway and if I get another NIP that wld make 6 points in 2 weeks!! What a shame!
If I get a NIP can I appeal against it?
