I would just like to give my heartfelt thanks to everyone who dealt with me when my car hit a large piece of metal on the A1 when I was travelling to my wedding last Saturday. On calling the RAC Breakdown Assistance number I was advised that there was a 2 hour wait, but when I explained that I was getting married in 3 hours, your team really went the extra mile to get me to the church on time! Ryan turned up 20 minutes later (even though he was off duty) and got me back on the road again in super quick time. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone involved. Mrs Quinn (nee Fawcett!)
