Hi,
My daughter recently purchased a Corsa. It came with a brand new MoT, and also with the ABS light on. It's been back to the garage several times and each time the light has come on again, in fact in the four weeks she's had it she's only driven it for a week. They returned it last night and guess what, now the ABS light doesn't come on, not even when you first switch on the ignition. I reckon they've disconnected the light.
Anyway, with an ABS light not coming on it's an MoT failure. I have no faith in them fixing it, so am I entitled to reject it as unroadworthy and therefore not fit for purpose?
Cheers
