I bought a Citroen C4 from a car dealer from other county (87 Miles distance) and entitled with 3-month warranty.
I just got the car for a month. I noticed the car would generate substantial noise especially driving at high speed eg. 60mph. The noise is so bad that I cannot hear what other passenger speaking in the car. However, when the car slows down, the noise will be gone also.
Initially, i thought it was tire issue, and i went to a local tire shop to change the tires. However they claim the tire was still good, and they are pretty sure it was the wheel bearing faulty.
I emailed and called the car dealer for this issue and he claimed that wheel bearing is not covered under warranty.
I tried to get more information on what is covered under warranty but he tried to escape me by hang up my calls and dont want to accept the call anymore.
I just bought the car for just 1 month and the wheel bearing faulty could not be a sudden faulty.
Should wheel bearing be included in the warranty?
If yes, what should I do?
