Hi after some advice, last week whilst driving over a country lane another car scraped mine. The details being I was driving down the lane, the other car came round the corner and instead of stopping there he continued, I pulled over as much as I could, but knew another car was unable to pass. Sure enough despite me being pulled over as much as possible and stationary he drove past and scratched the offside of my car. The guy immediately apologised and said it was a company car etc and not to worry.
I reported to my insurance company and straight away they said its likely to be a 50/50 claim as there were no witnesses. His insurance have come back disputing the claim saying I was not pulled over far enough! and since then we have seen the other driver who again says he's admitted liability.
After advice as to what else I can do?? I have been back to the scene today to take more photographs and also measure the road which is only 4 metres at its widest, therefore unable to fit 2 cars past each other regardless of how far over I was??
