I had a flat tyre today and couldn't get my wheel nuts off to put on my spare so called RAC. I was told someone would be with me within 50 minutes. As I was actually at home that was great
About 5 minutes later Tom called to say he was on his way and would be 30 minutes traffic dependent.
20 minutes later he appeared and could not have been nicer. All sorted in about 5 mins, allaying my embarrassment about not being able to change the wheel myself.
Even checked my oil for me :-)
