I was turning right into a petrol station. When a car came across to the wrong side of the road and hit me in my door.
He's claiming it's my fault.
I'm worried this will be 50:50 but my photos clearly show the damage gets heavier and then lighter (ie he has gone down the side of me rather than me going down the side of him)
Is his insurance still likely to tell him to deny liability
