Vaxhall Astra 1.7 CDTI 2005 OS Rear Parking Brake Problem

VAUXHALL ASTRA 1.7 CDTI 2005 took for MOT and failed on mainly brakes as follow:

1. Front Brake application uneven ................................................ Change both brake pads and Disks
2. Offside rear Parking brake recording little or no effort
3. Offside rear Wheel bearing Rough When rotated........................ Replace wheel bearing
4. Parking brake: efficiency below requirements

Advisory Item:

5. Front Brake disc Worn, pitted or scored but not seriously weakened
6. Rear brake disc Worn, Pitted or Scored but not Seriously Weakened

2&4. problem with Parking brakes still exist when I apply parking brake (hand Brake) look like N/S Rear Parking brake is working but O/S rear Parking brake does not work, I have notice when hand Brake pulled, brake cable stretch equally from both calipers and N/S Rear Wheel stop moving but O/S Rear still moving and showing no effort.
As I am use to it with brake drums never done any work on Rear Caliper brakes can any one please tell me what should I do to resolve above problem
