Hi im looking for advise on an accident that happened and wrote my car off, got lots of evidence pictures etc but insurance don't want to fight case and want to go 50/50, im an ex car mechanic and now a driving instructor/ fleet trainer and don't want to be blamed for something that wasn't my fault
