Rover 25 1999 fuse issue

I have a Rover and the single radio fuse keeps blowing. It's a 10amp but if it blows the electric windows don't work and the clock light goes off. If I use the blow fuse in the radio/interior light slot the radio works(not cd) and I can use the windows properly. But obviously the interior light doesn't work and the radio works but only after I enter the security code every time I restart the engine.

Does anyone know how I earth the radio as that's what it appears I have to do? Or is it something else
