Hi, I had a minor car crash a few days ago and initially took full responsibility and offered to pay for the repairs of the other guys car. He instead opted to go to his insurance company and they want to scrap his car due to it's age/value and he doesn't want that. I'm 2 months away from 5 years no claims and being able to protect that, we talked again and he said he will let me know on Monday what he wants to do. I have since then thought about the incident and realized he was driving on the wrong side of the road. I have a video so that will show more or less what happened. I remember checking to my right as I was turning left, there was no traffic coming so it was safe for me to join that lane, however I could not see clearly to my left side due to the very low sun and some poxy trees/bushes. as I slowly edge out he comes across my lane and I hit him. I'd like to point out there were no cars blocking his side of the road, he was simply cutting the corner.
Here's the vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7jl9...ature=youtu.be
From my point of view I cant see it going 100% my way but maybe 50/50?
