Someone claimed on my insurace - not heard anything for 3 months

Back in October I had a small bump. The lad claimed on my insurance. I reported the accident and was told about my excess and compulsory payments. I have not heard anything back since October. My insurance is due for renewal 1st February. I have been sent the renewal quote and there is nothing on the form about the claim and no effect on my no claims.

Any advice would be great.
