False witness statement against me

I was involved in an accident which wasn’t my fault , the OP has produced a witness statement which I know is a lie but with no witnesses it’s hard to prove. The insurance company won’t allow me so far to see the Witness statement , so how can I start to prove this is false. Obviously my word against the OP but I know the statement is a lie
