MOT question. Urgent.

So my MOT failed last Monday.
Took it to a different garage for repairs on Thursday.

Went back to the MOT garage and he was away on holiday until Wednesday! My MOT runs out tomorrow!

The words been done. Just needs signed off. What do I do?
