Hello everyone as you can see from the Title I do need advice what to do , so basically the story is that my car break caliper failed about 3 days ago and I had to get someone to move my car to the garage , so we agreed that they would recover my car in the evening because of the congestion etc. so like the title said the Rac guy(drunk as well) tried to move my car to my house and ended up crashing my car ,obviously he admitted liability and etc , but here is the problem my Car is a Citreon C4 05 reg (which is old i get it) with a 80 000 milieage which is automatic and with full service records which i checked in auto traders come to at least 700- 1000 pounds . so the company the RAC guy works for is only offering me 350 pounds for my car and even my insurance company has valued my car at 350 pounds because the damage is so bad that it will be written off. I am seriously confused and at the same time devastated at the fact that they could get away with this by paying so little. So I don't really know if I should accept this offer from the garage and take the 350 pounds? and even if I had to heed for legal advice what kind of specialty does this fall under? thank you in advance
