Do you really want my custom?

Received an automatic renewal quote nearly double the equivalent Green Flag price. On top of that was a charge of £37 for a call for assistance which I cancelled after a few minutes when I came up with a plan that wasn't going to involve waiting for 2+ hours.

Today I have so far spent 1 hour and 35 minutes on hold on the 'thinking of leaving us?' line. 'Call volumes unexpectedly high'? Dear RAC, if you can't manage your call volumes better than that then you do not deserve my business - clearly others think the same.

33 years a loyal customer...not a moment more.
