Vectra brake issue?

Hi all I recently changed my discs and pads all round on my 2007 vectra 1.9cdti and now I’ve got a very spongey pedal..I bled all four sides but I didn’t clamp the hoses off before pushing each piston back to allow the fluid out the bleed nipple 😫...however the brakes still work but not how they should ..when sitting with the car running if I push on the brake pedal it will go all the way to the floor then I pump it it’s hard again then press hard back to the floor etc I’m hoping I’ve not damaged the master cylinder but as I say they do work when driving !..air in the system the suspect?
