So I was away to parallel park and was stopped and ready to reverse and was indicating. However from nowhere some young idiot came up right behind me at some speed and had to slam on the breaks and just managed to stop just beind me. I looked in My rear mirror and was mouthing why have you stopped???... I was therefore blocked into going into the space and had to turn off into another street and he just raced off after that. If I had reversed and hit him who would have been at fault would it have been mine as I didn't see him? Or his as he didn't leave a safe stopping distance. My guess was he was travelling 50mph in a 30.
