Vauxhall corsa gearbox wining sound

Hi I have 2005 Vauxhall corsa 1.2 twinport sxi+, recently I change my drive shaft as the one on the passenger side broke, but even since having it replaced it’s been wining, I took took it to a garage to get the gearbox filled with oil but it’s stoll wining doesn’t do it all the time and doesn’t do it I’m every gear, there no sound when the cars first started just when I set off, been told it’s my gearbox bearing, car goes in every gear ok no Grinding no pull back and doesn’t slip out of gear, how long car I drive it like for will my gearbox collapse
