Last Thursday just gone I was involved in a accident.
Driving down a local street and had to stop as my way ahead was blocked at this time by a taxi parked up and opposite side of road a bus pulling off so I could not move forward.
The driver behind started blasting his horn and making gestures for me to move on, as I was just about to pull forward I look in my rear-view mirror and he is not there, next thing I know is a bang at the back of me and see the same van from behind on two wheels next to my drivers door. He then smashes into my drivers door and wing with his wheels.
he said he will not admit responsibility for the incident and was a complete nightmare at the scene. I have a independent witness on my behalf who I have been in contact with a few time.
Can anyone guide me on the rules and if I have any responsibility to share for accident as said I had no access to continue up the road I had to wait.
He has two insurance policy's one business and one personal so i am guessing they are arguing with each other for liability.
Thanks in advance .
