I had an accident in the snow.a taxi hit me.he was driving to fast.but my insurance company said i will be liable because they cant prove his speed.so insurance company sent my car to a garage 2 weeks ago to check the damage.however.i heard nothing bk.so I phoned my insurance company and they told me my car has been sent to be inspected by hoopers garage now.because I have had modifications.i said yeh tinted windows and a stainless steal exhaust.which I told them about when I joined them.but.they said window tints is on file but not my exhaust.i think they just don't wanna pay out.the exhaust isn't one that makes my car go faster it is just for prolonged life.they say the car is bein inspected.i am now worried there going to void my claim.any advice is appreciated because I don't know what I can do now.please help
