I'm wondering if there is any way I can find out who has put their name 2 my mates logbook as he has had the car off the road since 2011 and can't find the folder that came with the car,he never got the chance 2 put it in his name on logbook and can't remember the previous owners details,it was a private reg that was on the car and when we do a car check it is saying the registration keeper name was changed in 2013,we were thinking sum1 has stolen the identity of car and doubled it up quite common 4escort cosworth I'm lead 2 believe,any advice would b appreciated
