Breakdown Coverage regarding Spare Tyre

Hi,

I'm currently looking at single trip cover for a long haul trip in my Transit. Now I have a spare tyre but it's has no wheel. Would the cover I take out with the RAC cover me on changing the spare tyre onto an existing wheel?
