I'm hoping I'm not the only person on this forum who is completely fed up with certain UK drivers being completely unaware, not following the rules and getting away with it every day. I have started a petition to the government with the hope of introduction of a 10 year re-test which will force re-training of anyone incapable of passing the re-test and hopefully make our roads safer in the long run.
