help please ! coolant leak fork ka

hey ,
I recently had a thermometer break in my car and coolant went everywhere causing my to over heat and break down.
I had that fixed however coolant is now coming out of my car dripping out from underneath on the right hand side/drivers side. :(

I have never had anything go wrong before and are really worrying.
what could this be ?
