I had argument with my bf and made a mistake of driving up a one way street to follow him , I was driving around 3 mile hour next to him for about 30 seconds I turned into another one way street the wrong way and mounted keep to stop him going any further no one else was on the keep and he said he didn't feel in danger , I realised what I did and turned around and went the right way and home all of this was over about 3 mins tops, a workman reported me for dangerous driving , police knocked on door next day and said I had to go and give statement by 3pm or will arrest me and put my 11month old in temporary foster care, I panicked and got my bf out of work as he could only have an hour and went, they said if I needed a solicitor it would take longer so one again I panicked and said no as but would lose job if he was late back, in interview she said did I feel I was driving far below the standard I looked and her and she refraised and said if I was a driving instructor would u of passed so I so no and she said that a yes to my question which I said yes, it went to court as I was gonna represent myself but had a duty solicitor and he said enter no plea and send to crown court, my question is really is so u think this is dangerous driving as I realise I did a very stupid thing but more careless not dangerous
