Hi all
I took my mk6 2007 fiesta to Kwik Fit Horsham for 2 new tyres and a oil change.
When i got my car back it had a lopsided steering wheel, steering wheel no longer inline with the car also the oil was still black as hell and smells old.
Kwik Fit are trying to tell me its normal for it to happen, but i've had tyres changed before and never had this problem with my steering wheel, As for the oil i don't think i will ever know, but my guess is they took a pint out and put a pint of new back in and charged me the full 4litres
Is any of the above normal? If so then i can't understand how a race car can come in pits change 4 wheels and still have a straight steering wheel because i only had two tyres changed and my steering wheel was at 10 oclock position when im going along a straight road.
