Learning the basics in a secure location

Hi all,

My girlfriend is new to driving in the UK and is not at all confident driving on the roads.

She is wanting to drive in a secure area (like the driving schools that are shown on US tv shows) with the fence around the outside and space to drive around cones etc.

We are really struggling to find anything like this in the UK.

Everyone seems to just jump straight into driving on the roads.

If anyone is able to offer any help in finding something like this in the calderdale area of West Yorkshire it would be appreciated.
