Are you SURE there's been no change to priority from the right at roundabouts?

I know I've asked this question before but since Easter our one and only simple three exit roundabout procedure has gone mad! I use this roundabout daily and every day there is someone who has right of way from the right sits on the give way sign with nothing coming at all; others don't bother about the give way line at all and just drive out in front of someone already on the roundabout.

Some of them are locals and I gave laudy to the eejit who did that to me this morning - he was competing in a rugby match that I was first-aiding on and had a "wimp" injury. I didn't treat him on principle, but he was looking very unhappy and reluctant to give name/address details, etc., that we're required to take. I didn't write anything down but I did sit there looking at him and he knows I now know who he is. He did come up to me as I was leaving and a colleague was hanging about in case and tried to bluster. I just said read up on your Highway Code and don't **** up with anyone again. Sorry gentlemen, but first-aiding - especially on a rugby match - does tend to increase one's vocabulary in the more undesriable elements of the English language.

However, I digress. The situation is so bad that our local polis are taking an interest.

Is this happening elsewhere?
