Insurance issues... help!

Hello,

I am new to the forum and wondered if anybody could help me with a query.
On Saturday I had a bump during which a lady rear-ended my car. She has taken responsibility and her insurance company have taken care of everything - fixing car, courtesy car, physio... the lot.

Yesterday I called my insurance company to tell them about the crash and when they went through the information one of the points they mentioned was my boyfriend was a named driver and that he hadn't had any accidents or claims in the last 5 years. I said all was fine and ended the call.

When I spoke to my boyfriend later that day he reminded me he had had a crash around a year ago (can't remember if it was before or after I took out my policy)... I obviously realised I haven't told my insurance company that my boyfriend, who is a named driver on the account, has had an accident.

I am now worried that if I tell them, the claim will be void so am unsure whether to:
A) keep quiet and hope nothing comes of it
B) ring the company and ask them to take him off the policy (he never drives the car anyway)
C) ring them and tell them it was an honest mistake, there has been an accident and take the risk.

Any help would be really appreciated as I am panicking a little bit as to what to do. It was a genuine mistake and I only realised my error yesterday.

Many thanks,
JackandJill
