ive spotted an abandoned vehicle somewhere near my home. the paintwork is peeling and there is grit and dirt all over the body. its been there for a couple of years and its pretty obvious there is no legal owner. just trying to find out if i am legally permitted to claim the car since a friend of mine recently managed to claim one. the car is in public property and l would like to make a bit of dosh if i managed to restore the car to its former glory. any help is greatly appreciated.........btw the car is a rolls so im kinda desperate!
