hi all, i sold a 2005 motorbike for £600 with 12 months mot, in good condition but "sold as seen" in writing. it ran when we had it, when it went to the mot station and when it was delivered to the buyer - he asked if poss. 3 weeks ago he did text to say the engine juddered in 4th gear but heard nothing since. today he says it never ran at all, has a dodgy mot, is a scam, and i wont like the the outcome of any actions he will take, threatening to come round.
its been 3 weeks.. he could have done anything to it, i dont issue mot's and have nothing to do with them.
i have told him if he wants to take it further, legal action is needed, but he keeps texting. anything i can do?
