where do i insure my car

so i live at 2 addresses with my parents and with my partner

i have always lived with my parents and this is where my car has always been insured
i recently also moved in with my partner, yet i only live there weekends as he works away in the week so i stay at home (my parents) in the week so i spent 70% of my time at my parents

this is where my problem starts
all of my correspondence still continues to go to parents they own the house i live there and pay them money

but my name is on the council tax at my partners address although i dont pay for this i also dont pay for rent he does, but my name is on the electoral role

my insurance is still at my parents as i still believe this is my main home

is this correct? any help would be appreciated thankyou :)
