Generally speaking the perfectly cleaned cast iron block will have new cam bearings, main bearings and connecting rod bearings, re-ground crankshaft, new camshaft, new valve lifters, new timing chain, new rocker-arms, new push-rods, remanufactured water-pump, new oil pump, new pistons and rings and re-manufactured connecting rods. The cylinder head should have new valves, springs, retainers and valve guides.
The cast iron block most likely will have been bored over-size and honed for the new pistons and rings.
