Hello, I have a 2007 Scenic. The driver door opens but once opened, the locking mechanism is jammed in the up position, meaning that when you try to close the door, it can't. In order to close it, I have to force it to a down position and the I can close the door. The door locks at this stage, central locking is working and when in a closed position I can lock and open the door but not close it. Help would be appreciated.
