back in nov 2014(15 months) ago my car was damaged on a council car park.The cctv showed a gang of youths kicking the car.I reported it to the police that nght. I was adviced by someone who works for the council that they have insurance for that sort of thing.The car park had no signs up saying park at owners risk.
I complained to the council and they put me in touch with there insurance (zurich) basically they both wouldnt do anything,i have appealled and still no go.I complained to the financial ombudsman,and because i was complaing about a third parties insurance ie (the council) they cant help.
My question to the group is can i claim from my own insurance 15 months after the incident
