Dealer want to raise price.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has some thoughts on where I stand.

I saw a car advertised on autotrader and their website. I arranged a viewing and took it for a test drive. I liked the car so I have agreed to purchase it and have paid a deposit.

I return to the dealership the next day to complete the rest of the paperwork and when they put it in front of me the price had increased by £2450!! When question they said the original price stated was a computer error based on incorrect mileage. They say they thought it had done 90,000 when it's only done 60000.

I have paperwork stating the original price listed and also screen shots of the adverts online.

I would be very keen to hear your thoughts.
