Hi there i got in a bad accident and i am really hurt. I will tell you how it happened, and would it possible to explain who will win the claim ?
I was was driving on a road and then joined onto a road by turning left, i then proceeded up the road for a few meteres and noticed a car about 20 m in front of me. He sped up and despite gaps for him to go in he proceeded to speed. I was shocked and then stopped my car and tried to back up and then he hit me full frontal damage and the impact made me reverse back also a few meters. when i joined the road it was clear and he was about 20m up the road.
I am feeling quite ill, and don't know what the outcome of this will be ? does anyone know and can they help me please ? Thank you very much from my hospital bed, due to leave this afertnoon. Thanks.Thanks.
