I recently sold my car..they paid a deposit & 3 hours later paid in full. Didnt take the car as i didnt have the spare key & v5 form...so 7 days later picked car up....
On the day of picking the car up we had noticed someone had driven/reversed or something in to my rear bumber & cracked it.
They buyers said they will take the car & we will sort out the repair once we know the cost. They want me to pay for it.
What should i do? I rang them today and they said VW were closed & wanted me to transfer money once they had a quote.
