photo of a police car.taxed no mot.

I have seen a photo of a police car today.
And if you check the reg on dvla. It says its taxed but mot has expired a long time ago. How can this be.?
I cant post a picture for some reason but the reg isWX07KAA. So you can check for yourself. This has been doing my head in all day.
