Advanced driver course?

Hi everyone, I am RAC member but I have just joined forum today. My first post, is regarding Advanced driver training and certificate.
For purposes of being a professional driver and working hire & reward and any insurance discount.
Where does this begin and is it recognised? If anyone has any info please.
