Insurance Renewal: Non Fault claim put as Partial Blame

Hi I was driving my dads car when it was written off in an accident. I was the main driver on his insurance and the Insurance closed the case as complete no fault on my end, but the problem....When they sent the renewal notice the form had under "Details of specific drivers, accidents within 3 years" I am listed as "Partial blame - No Claim"

Can anyone explain that one, I want to get this changed.
