Inception/ cover of insurance is being voided because of Inception

Hi,first time on the forum
Can someone please explain to me and help me sort out this problem
Message is to confirm that the motor insurers policy Held through the A&A Group has been voided from inception,
No cover is being provided by or through the A&A group and has gone through to limited cancellations departments
Can somebody please help me sort it out.
